Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipment Tracking
All international orders are processed and dispatched via tracked postal services. A unique carrier tracking number will be  provided to the customer upon shipment.

2. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer
An order is officially and legally deemed "Successfully Delivered" and fulfilled once the designated carrier updates the tracking status to "Delivered" (including but not limited to carrier digital scans, verified GPS location mapping, or localized delivery photographs at the destination property).

Upon courier delivery confirmation, the ownership of the goods and all associated risks of delay, damage, loss, or localized theft transfer entirely to the buyer. Moni Jewellery shall not be held liable for any items claimed missing or stolen after a successful delivery confirmation scan by the carrier at the customer's designated address.

3. Logistics Liabilities
While we guarantee prompt fulfillment and dispatch from our facility, Moni Jewellery is not responsible for transit variables, customs delays, or courier delivery placement decisions once the package has been scanned and marked as delivered by the carrier.
