Material and Care

What materials are used in the accessories?

Each and every one of our products are 18K gold vermeil with MONI diamond simulants. A 10 hearts and 10 arrows pattern can be observed via magnifying apparatuses. All pearls are premium freshwater pearls.

Daily maintenance

Refrain from wearing accessories when showering, sleeping or participating in sports.

Refrain from contacting accessories with corrosive chemical such as perfume, hairspray or makeup products. If you need to, you should wear accessories after applying those products.

Is there any maintenance?

Any product comes with a 5-year free maintenance period (customers are responsible for the shipping fee incurred), which includes repairing loose stones and cleaning. Scratch marks induced by personal wearing habits are not included in maintenance.

Please note that the 5-year free maintenance does not cover solid gold items**

We require HKD$100 for single product overseas delivery fee ; We provide FREE SHIPPING for 2 products or above.

HKD$30 for one product with SF express ; Two products or above provide free delivery with SF express

(Overseas) online order delivery service:
HKD$100 for one product overseas shipping ;  Two products or above provide free shipping

Self-pickup & Overdue Storage Policy

1.Notification & Pickup Period

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp. Please collect your order at our showroom within 6 months from the date of the first notification.

2.Disposal & Abandonment Policy

If an order remains uncollected for more than 6 months from the notification date, Moni Jewellery reserves the right to dispose of, resell, or liquidate the item(s) at our sole discretion without further notice. In such cases, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

3.Liability

While we take every care to store your items safely, Moni Jewellery shall not be held responsible for any natural aging, oxidation, or quality changes of the products that occur during the overdue storage period.

Ring Sizer

What if I received a ring and the size doesn’t fit?

We offer complimentary resizing (except custom-made items and solid gold items)for once.

Customers are required to contact us and arrange for returning within 2days (upon receiving any articles), and return the articles within 5 working days, otherwise resizing will not be arranged.

Feel free to contact us for enquiries or advices.

What sizes are considered custom-made?

US4 ,US9 ,US10 ,US11 and half sizes are considered custom-made.

While Custom-making sizes incurs no extra costs, it requires up to 20 working days.
